What TASC is primarily offering to the counties is the combination of two services focused towards the establishment of a voluntary statewide (or near statewide) software system. The two services that we provide as part of the Washington Project are:

• Consultation Services

and

• Project Management Services

The solution will be tailored to the counties involved, the number of counties, the size of the counties and their preferences. The solution may include:

• Utilizing an existing software package.
• Utilizing the code from an existing product.
• Purchasing existing code and customizing it.
• Creating the software from the ground up.
